Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases made by wholesale buyers from Pattu Mart through any official sales channel, including the website, WhatsApp, direct orders, or any other authorized platform.


3.1 Order & Payment

  • All orders are 100% prepaid.
  • Accepted payment modes include UPI, NEFT, and Bank Transfer.
  • Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) may apply based on the product.
  • Orders below the MOQ may be declined or may incur additional shipping charges.

3.2 Pricing & Invoicing

  • Prices are exclusive of GST and shipping charges, unless otherwise stated.
  • Invoices with applicable taxes will be issued for every order.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • For B2B invoices, buyers must provide a valid GST number while placing the order.

3.3 Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are typically shipped within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Estimated Delivery Timelines:
    • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
    • Tier 2 / Tier 3 Cities: 4–6 business days
    • Remote Areas: 5–8 business days
  • We use trusted courier partners based on serviceability and delivery availability.

3.4 Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • Cancellation requests submitted after dispatch will not be accepted.
  • Refunds are applicable only if stock is unavailable or if the cancellation request is made within 24 hours of placing the order and before dispatch.

3.5 Product Usage, Resale & Branding

  • Resellers may sell products under their own store or brand name.
  • E-commerce resale is not permitted without prior written approval from Pattu Mart Management.
  • Usage of Pattu Mart's brand name, product images, marketing creatives, or other assets requires prior written approval.
  • Private labeling services are available for bulk orders subject to a separate written agreement.

3.6 Liability & Disputes

Pattu Mart shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of profits arising from shipment or delivery delays.
  • Customer dissatisfaction at the resale level.
  • Resale commitments, guarantees, or warranties not expressly provided by Pattu Mart.

Shipping shall be undertaken at the buyer's risk. However, Pattu Mart will make reasonable efforts to assist in dispute resolution with logistics partners.

Legal Jurisdiction: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.


3.7 Code of Conduct

Buyers must use the Pattu Mart B2B Platform solely for legitimate trade and business purposes.

Any fraudulent activity, including but not limited to willful chargebacks, false disputes, misuse of company assets (logos, images, creatives, etc.), or misleading claims, may result in:

  • Permanent suspension from future transactions.
  • Legal action under applicable Indian laws, including:
    • Section 420, IPC – Cheating and dishonestly inducing delivery of property.
    • Section 406, IPC – Criminal breach of trust.
    • Sections 65 & 66 of the Information Technology Act, 2000 – Cyber fraud and tampering with computer source documents.
    • The Indian Contract Act, 1872 – Breach of contract and misrepresentation.

In the event of a serious breach, Pattu Mart reserves the right to initiate civil or criminal proceedings before the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Any disputes, including chargebacks or order-related concerns, must first be raised with Pattu Mart's Support Team. Orders under dispute may be placed on hold until resolution.
