Returns, Replacements & Refunds Policy

At Pattu Mart, we follow a clear, transparent, and strictly enforced B2B return policy to ensure fairness and consistency for all wholesale buyers. Please review the terms below carefully, as these conditions are non-negotiable.

1. Permissible Reasons for Return

Return requests will be accepted only under the following circumstances:

  • Physical Damage or Manufacturing Defect
    The product is received in a physically damaged condition or contains a manufacturing defect.
  • Incorrect or Wrong Product Delivered
    The product delivered is not the SKU ordered or differs entirely from the listing.
  • Mismatched Specifications (Including Size / Variant)
    The delivered item does not match the size, variant, or specifications stated on the product listing page.

No other reasons for return are eligible under the B2B policy.


2. Mandatory Evidence Requirement

At the time of making a Return Request to our customer support team, the Buyer will be required to provide appropriate supporting documentation/proof including, without limitation:

  • A continuous unboxing video beginning from the sealed outer packaging.
  • Clear photographs showing:
    • Outer packaging
    • Inner cartons
    • Damaged, defective, incorrect, mismatched items, or mismatched sizes
  • The images must clearly capture:
    • Order ID
    • Order details
    • Packed shipment
    • Issue observed by the Buyer in the Product
    • Damages to the Product

Requests without proper and complete evidence will be automatically rejected.


3. Return Request Timeline

  • Any issue must be reported within 3 days (72 hours) of delivery.
  • Requests submitted after the 3-day window will not be accepted, regardless of reason or evidence.

4. Return Shipping Deadline

Once a return request is approved:

  • The buyer must ship the products back within 7 days of delivery.
  • Returns shipped after the 7-day period will not be accepted, and no replacement will be provided.

5. Replacement-Only Policy

Approved returns will be resolved strictly through replacement of the affected items.

  • No refunds, credits, discounts, or monetary adjustments will be issued.
  • Replacement processing will begin only after evidence verification and confirmation of return shipment.

6. Buyer Responsibility

B2B buyers are strongly encouraged to:

  • Inspect all items immediately upon delivery.
  • Keep video proof of opening the package.
  • Report any issues within the designated timeframes.

7. Decision and Approval of the Return Request

The Return Request shall be reviewed and verified in accordance with this Policy. Approval of the request shall be at the sole discretion of Pattu Mart, subject to the submission of sufficient supporting documents as required based on the nature of the claim.

Upon approval, the claim process will be initiated, and the Buyer will be provided with the necessary instructions for proceeding with the return in compliance with this Policy.
